The workshop opens on Sunday evening with registration at 5pm, followed by dinner, opening circle and Introductory talk for those who have not experienced Holotropic Breathwork before.

On Monday and Tuesday there are 2 breathwork sessions (one time ‘breathing’ and one time ‘sitting’) so all participants have an opportunity to breathe twice, with time for artwork, sharing and support if needed.

We close on Wednesday late morning with a closing circle and information on self-care and integration.

All meals are provided.

Cost: early bird price for the double breathwork is £525 if registered and paid before 8th January 2025, thereafter cost is £575.

Accommodation: accommodation is in the beautiful Greenhills Country Hotel. The rates for 3 nights are £264 for a standard room and £306 for a garden room, on either single occupancy or double occupancy. Bookings must be made directly with the hotel and are payable on booking.

3) Your place will be secured on payment of a non-refundable deposit of £100

5) The balance must be paid before 8th January 2025 for early bird rate or 8th February 2025 for normal rate.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to one month before the event, fee paid less an administration charge of £100 (excluding hotel charges). If cancellation is necessary because of illness or unexpected significant events then I can hold a place for you at a future event, and I would retain your payment.
