The workshop opens on Thursday evening with registration at 6pm, followed by dinner, opening circle and Introductory talk for those who have not experienced Holotropic Breathwork before.
On Friday and Saturday there are 2 breathwork sessions (one time ‘breathing’ and one time ‘sitting’) so all participants have an opportunity to breathe twice, with time for artwork, sharing and support if needed.
We close on Sunday late morning with a closing circle and information on self-care and integration.
All meals are provided.
Cost: early bird price for the double breathwork is £525 if registered and paid before 17th July 2024, thereafter cost is £600.
Accommodation: accommodation is in the beautiful Greenhills Country Hotel. The rates for 3 nights are £244.80 for a standard room and £292.80 for a garden room, on either single occupancy or double occupancy. Bookings must be made directly with the hotel and are payable on booking.

3) Your place will be secured on payment of a non-refundable deposit of £100

5) The balance must be paid before 17th July 2024 for early bird rate or 17th September for normal rate.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to one month before the event, fee paid less an administration charge of £100 (excluding hotel charges). If cancellation is necessary because of illness or unexpected significant events then I can hold a place for you at a future event, and I would retain your payment.
